Sealing of individual housing provident fund account

˘ń.Scope of application:         

If the Employee terminates the labor relation with the unit and has not been reemployed, or the employee's labor relationship moves out of the city, and the unit in other cities has not set up a personal housing provident fund account for the employee, the unit where the employee's personal housing provident fund account is located shall handle the sealing procedures within 30 days from the date of termination of the labor relation.          

If the unit where the employee's personal housing provident fund account is located terminates or cancels due to merger or division, or the unit cancels, disbands or goes bankrupt, and the employee has not been reemployed, the unit or liquidation organization shall go through the procedures of sealing the employee's personal housing provident fund account before the termination or cancellation of the unit.

Construction Bank housing provident fund business network where the original unit housing provident fund account is located.   

˘ó.Handling Requirements:

1. Complete andstamped the official seal or housing provident fund business seal on “Shanghai housing provident fund (supplementary housing provident fund) sealed list”;     

2. If the Employee terminates the labor relation with the unit and has not been reemployed, or the employee's labor relationship has moved out of this city, and the unit in other provinces and cities has not set up a personal housing provident fund account for it, a sealed copy of the effective certification materials for the labor relation termination shall be provided by the unit. The contents of the certification materials should include the name of the employee, ID number, employment time, resignation time and other elements. If the unit is terminated or cancelled due to merger or division, and the employees have not been reemployed, the certification materials for resolution and reply of the merger or division of the unit shall be provided; if the unit is cancelled, and the employees have not been reemployed, the legal documents and other supporting materials shall be provided; if the unit is dissolved, and the employees have not been reemployed, the articles of association, resolutions and legal documents of the dissolution of the unit shall be provided If the unit is declared bankrupt and the employees have not been reemployed, the legal documents declaring bankruptcy by the people's court shall be provided.         

3. If the applicant fails to pay, the deposit status of the unit and individual shall be confirmed. In addition to the information corresponding to the above situation, the unit shall also provide the labor contract, labor manual, wage base certificate, supplementary payment list, etc.

ˇď If the employee and the unit terminate the labor relation and have not yet reemployed, or the employee's labor relationship moves out of the city, and the unit of other provinces and cities has not set up a personal housing provident fund account for it, the unit can also seal the individual housing provident fund account online.
