1. Withdrawal of the housing provident fund to return the loan (referred to as "withdrawal and repayment") method

1. Monthly repayment method (referred to as "monthly offset")-the method used to repay the principal and interest of the housing loan from the housing provident fund account of the repayer;

2. Lump-sum repayment method (referred to as "annual offset")-the method in which people who participate in the withdrawal of loan repayment draw the balance of the housing provident fund once a year as agreed to return the loan, recalculate the monthly repayment amount and continue to repay the loan on a monthly basis. The housing provident fund can only be withdrawn once a year for loan repayment (according to the agreed batch in April or September).

2. The scope of the people participating in the withdrawal and repayment

1.purchasing of ordinary commercial house: the borrower and his spouse, and the immediate blood relatives of the borrower.

2. Purchasing housing with shared property rights: In addition to the borrower, his spouse, and the immediate blood relatives of the borrower, the borrower can also apply to withdraw the balance in the housing provident fund account of the borrower’s brothers and sisters to repay the provident fund loan.

3. Time for withdrawal and repayment operation

Each month, the Shanghai Provident Fund Management Center will publish it on the official website of the Provident Fund at the beginning of each month, or consult the lending bank.

4. Priority return

When withdrawing the housing provident fund to return the loan, priority is given to the return of the provident fund loan.
