Shanghai Provident Fund Management Center has been granted approval for relocation of its office headquarters on 26th and 27th of August 2017, in sync with migration of the kernel systems machine room holistically on 24th of August through 1st of September.
The provident fund service outlets of SPFMC's various district management divisions, CCB’s Shanghai Branch and the municipal estate guarantee corporation will remain open for services as usual during the relocation and migration period. We shall manage to minimize the impact on services such as housing provident fund loans, payment and withdrawal processing as well as other services to units and employees, in spite of potential system slowdowns or even temporary suspension of online service handling in an extreme case (service outlets more preferable, refer to the online handling instructions for details). Please be kindly notified to resort to the service outlets of our district management divisions, China Construction Bank and the estate guarantee corporation for pertinent services to units and employees, and take precautions to avoid any inconvenience caused by possible downtime or slowdown due to the migration between 24th of August and 1st of September.
SPFMC is to relocate its office headquarters (including the complaints and appeals handling service function) in Building No. 9 of the Science and Technology Park (ScienTech Oasis Phase III) at 1016 Tianlin Road of Minhang District (post code: 200233).
