Provisional Announcement Made Regarding Issuance and Implementation of Notice on Further Enhancing HPF Withdrawal Review

The municipal housing provident fund management committee lately issued Notice on Further Enhancing HPF Withdrawal Review (SHGJJG No. 11-2015, hereinafter referred to as “the Notice”). Based on the spirit of the Notice and the actual situation of the Municipality, the municipal provident fund center prepared Provisional Announcement Regarding Issuance and Implementation of Notice on Further Enhancing HPF Withdrawal Review (SHGJJ No. 144-2015, hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Announcement). The Implementation Announcement addressed operational details such as the means of and the time for investigation and validation, handling of withdrawals in wake of multiple transactions of a home within a year, withdrawal handling due to transfer of labor relationship of an employee without Shanghai hukou (household registration), and imposing penalties for violations of regulations pertaining to housing provident fund withdrawal.
