Shanghai Provident Fund Management Center has completed Working Instructions on Issuance of HPF Payment Certificate based on Operating Proccedures for Issuing HPF Payment Certificate of the Municipality to Entities Readying to Go Public (Trial) to be put into effect as of 20 October in a bid to standardize the entity oriented service pertaining to issuance of housing provident fund payment certificate for development, process streamlining and management efficiency in alignment with the municipality’s current actual situation. Operating Proccedures for Issuing HPF Payment Certificate of the Municipality to Entities Readying to Go Public (Trial, shgjj No. 39-2010) shall be abrogated simultaneously.
