In coalition with Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank (hereinafter abbreviated as “SRCB”), the municipal provident fund center, in wake of launch of CCB’s ATM-aided HPF Query function last year, rolled out SRCB’s ATM-aided self service housing provident fund query this year, in a bid to further facilitate the self service HPF Query venues for housing provident fund paying employees in this Municipality.

As of today, any housing provident fund paying employee of this Municipality carrying a debit card of SRCB or a labor union member card can gain access to personal housing provident fund account information, such as personal account number, employee name, entity name, monthly payment amount, balance and details about account changes within the recent year, with the aid of SRCB’s certain self-service devices (ATMs, CDMs and multimedia kiosks).

As  scheduled, housing provident fund query function will be enabled in all SRCB’s self service devices in this Municipality, comprising 1383 sets of self service ATMs and CDMs and 434 self service multimedia kiosks, prior to end of September.
