SPFMC¡¯s Cadres Working Meeting Held for 3rd Quarter of 2015

SPFMC held its 3rd quarter cadres working meeting on 22 July for review of accomplishments made in first half year and work arrangements for second half year. The Center’s party, administrative, trade union and youth league leaders, departmental managers, district/county management division heads, and party branch secretaries attended the meeting. Secretary of the Center’s party committee Liu Yadong presided over the meeting.

Work accomplishments in wake of implementation of new policies pertaining to the Municipality’s housing provident fund home loans and rent-oriented withdrawals were showcased at the meeting. Fund Planning and Management Department, General Office and Organizational Personnel Department briefed on the performance of the keynote service indexes and data analysis for the first half year, accomplishments in major work and tasks of the first half year, and adjustments made to the Center’s organizational structure and departmental functions respectively. Deputy directors Li Chaoxing, Jiang Zhiwei and Liu Fangding clarified on concrete requirements for carrying out their respective responsibilities in the second half year in sync with the guidelines of “Three Stricts and Three Honests” and the Center’s overall work deployment.

Finally, Director  Ma Li and Secretary Liu Yadong fully affirmed the accomplishments made during the first half of the year in their respective concluding speech, and indicated that the first half year has seen swift and effective implementation of the state policies, strict risk management and control, great breakthroughs in system innovation, vigorous progress in various work and smooth completion of the scheduled tasks, ascribed to the correct leadership of the municipal party committee and the municipal government and combined effort of the Center’s cadres and staff. A series of measures have been taken for reform and innovation to unleash bonuses from policies as well as facilitate service processing, attain management efficiency as well as exercise delicacy management, to ultimately bring practical benefits to the mass, which really embodies the essence and goal of the provident fund system, namely, serving the people. Furthermore, they required and encouraged all cadres and staff to step up cohesive and concerted effort to take various challenges without any hesitation, and unwaveringly persevere in tackling various conundrums for fulfillment of the scheduled annual tasks, and thoroughly adhere to the guidelines of “Three Stricts and Three Honests” to ensure sustainable healthy development of the provident fund cause of the Municipality.
