The 12329 SPF SMS Service Platform is to be put into service on September 1 in wake of launch of 12329 SPF Hotline, marking SPF Center’s leading role in the development of this public service sector as authorized by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and required by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
SPF Center shall tap the SMS Platform to furnish to all paying employees free access to account change information involving handling of services such as housing provident fund payment, paying arrears, carry-over of interests, blocking and suspending payment, and proceed therefrom to remind those employees using housing provident fund savings to repay housing provident fund home loans, of notices thereof, information in regard of savings withdrawal and loan repayment and the like. More information services shall be developed to cater to the growing demands.
Once the platform is made available, paying employees can gain access to the spf sms services by compiling and sending “pf account number#identity number#A” to 12329, or by means of Shanghai Housing Provident Fund Website, SPF Mobile App, or 12329 SPF Hotline.
