SPF Mobile App¡¯s Live Queue Information Query Function Launched

 Municipal PF Center launched SPF Mobile App’s Live Queue Information Query Function on 28th July in a bid to increase efficiency of provident fund services to both units and individuals, and provide the Municipality’s housing provident fund paying units and employees with easier access to live information about queue status of the PF Center’s service outlets at various districts/county whenever and wherever necessary , making it possible for them to optionally choose the nearest and the least crowded service outlets to handle relevant service procedures at off-peak hours based on the live information through SPF Mobile App.
Download or update SPF Mobile App to the latest version and click on “queuing info” or “service outlets”, you may get live information about the number of people waiting in the current queue, the number of customers processed and historical data at each district/county provident fund service outlet. The Queue Information Query allows flexibility in guided time arrangement, thus spares customers from long waiting times at service outlets by opting to fulfill service procedures at uncrowded outlets and off-peak hours for convenience and transparency.
Existing users may update SPF Mobile App to the latest version. New users may search SPF Mobile App through mobile applications venues such as App Store, 360 Mobile Assistant, Anzhi Market for download and installation, or via the accesses below:
