Municipal Provident Fund Center and East China Scien-Tech University Held a Ceremony for Signing Jing Hua Fang Public Rental Housing Lease Agreement

A signing ceremony was held at the Peace Building of East China Scien-Tech University on afternoon of 27 March for its monolithically renting SPFMC-invested Jing Hua Fang public rental housing at Shanghai Jing Cheng.
This round of agreement signing comprised SPFMC’s lease of Jing Hua Fang public rental housing’s 470 sets of apartments to Eastern China Scien-Tech University to meet the demand of needy faculty and staff of the university. As per terms of the agreement, Eastern China Scien-Tech University’s actual tenantry residing at Jing Hua Fang must comply with this Municipality’s public rental housing purchase application eligibility requirements and should be provident fund payors of this Municipality.
Municipal Housing Security and Administration Bureau’s on-site inspector Pang Yuan, Eastern China Scien-Tech University’s party committee secretary Yang Xianjin and head of Municipal Education Commission’s Development and Planning Department Huang Haiyang addressed the signing ceremony respectively, and spoke highly of Shanghai housing provident fund in support of education talents’ housing security system construction in this Municipality.
Jing Hua Fang had inked lease agreement with over 750 tenant households since its public debut on 30 December 2013 and currently had over 280 occupant households. Jing Hua Fang is poised to enter normalization stage of supply as of 1 April, with accesses available for individual and unit applicants.
