SPFMC revised Measures of Shanghai Municipality on HPF Account Blocking Management to meet the demand of this municipality’s HPF administration and services, and safeguard legitimate rights and interests of paying employees, as well as further standardize HPF account blocking procedure. The revised Measures of Shanghai Municipality on HPF Account Blocking Management, reviewed and approved by Shanghai Housing Provident Fund Management Committee, shall take effect 1 July 2014, and previous version of Measures of Shanghai Municipality on HPF Account Blocking Management (SHGJJF No. 54[1999] ) shall be abrogated simultaneously.
