In June and December of 2013, Handling and Review Systems for Provident Fund Home Loans and Combined Home Loans were upgraded and rolled out respectively. The new system has been transformed into web-based application from the original client application featuring enhanced operation permission and security management by means of UKEY applications, which has partially optimized loan review process and facilitated the tracking of status quo of actual steps of a loan process.

As of December.16th, applicants of the provident fund loan can check the progress of their home loan application (including pure provident fund loans and combined loans) on Shanghai Housing Provident Fund Web site or through SPF service hotline “12329” as necessary.
