The municipal provident fund center won honorary title of Learning-oriented Enterprises or Institutions for the year between 2011-2012 in the learning organization assessment activity organized by Shanghai Municipal Spiritual Civilization Construction Committee, amid its fueled effort to learn and implement the resolutions of 18^th CPC National Congress and launch the learning-oriented organization construction campaign to cultivate a competent learning team and improve qualification standard of the work force in alignment with the strategic mission of proactively developing continuing education, improving lifelong education system and building learning-oriented community under guidance of Deng Xiaoping theory, the important thought of “three represents” and scientific outlook on development.
