A team of inspectors delegated by Ministry of Housing & Urban-Rural Development conducted supervisory inspection in Shanghai between 18th -22nd November over security housing projects bolstered by Shanghai PF loans and relevant fund management. The delegation put forward suggestions on further strengthening administration as well as affirmed the Center’s maneuvering in project-related loans management and fund monitoring, deeming project loans management as strict and standardized and fund monitoring as meticulous and efficient, in the wake of being briefed on the Center’s work reports, reviews of documentation relating to projects loans management and fund monitoring, and onsite inspection of Gucun Base C1-3 of Baoshan and Block 106 Project of Yangpu.
