The 16^th National Congress of Chinese Trade Unions was opened in the People’s Hall of Beijing at 9:30 on the morning of 18^th October. Liu Yadong, SPFMC’s party committee secretary and chairman of the trade union, had the honor of being a representative of Shanghai municipality to attend the congress.
