The new after-sale (self-owned subsidized) public housing maintenance fund information system is scheduled to be officially launched on 18th October 2013. The new system shall be put into use at different stages and in various batches. The pilot batch comprises Putuo, Jing’an and former Luwan of Huangpu, with initial 9 digits of clearance accounts of respective property owners’ congress as follows: 310015119, 130016095 and 310015096. After-sale public housing property owners’ committee and relevant property service enterprises of the pilot districts may login to the system via the USB key, perform basic data cleansing as per the operator’s instruction manual, and proceed to normal operation of services in the new system in the wake of successful checkup of data cleansing.
