A signing ceremony was held at SPFMC's meeting room on the morning of 29th September for agreement on entrusting operation management of Jing Hua Fang public rental housing at Jing Cheng Town of Shanghai. Attendees of the ceremony included SPFMC's party and administrative leaders, and responsible leaders from organizations such as the municipal Housing Security Affairs Center and Minhang District Housing Security & Administration Bureau.

Jing Hua Fang public rental housing, known as SPFMC's acquisition of second public rental housing project, comprises 1680 sets of apartments with varied types such as one-bedroom apartment (with one sitting room), two-bedroom apartment (with one sitting room) and three-bedroom apartment (with one sitting room), covering a total area of 116700 square meters. The agreement was signed to address the proprietor (entrusting party) SPFMC entrusting to Minhang Public Rental Housing Investment & Operation Company Jing Hua Fang public rental housing’s lease, property service and public facility management. The company shall lease the apartments to eligible provident fund paying employees' households as scheduled, pursuant to the entrusting agreement and relevant regulations of the municipality. As per the schedule, Jing Hua Fang public rental housing shall be poised to launch lease promotion in the fourth quarter in a bid to receive the first batch of tenants at the beginning of next year.
