Pursuant to relevant regulations of Xin Jiang Wan's Shang Jing Yuan Public Rental Housing Management Contract and Notice on Conducting Lineup-and-Wait Normalization of Xin Jiang Wan's Shang Jing Yuan Municipal Public Rental Housing, Shanghai Yangpu Public Rental Housing Operation Management Co., Ltd (following abbreviated as Yangpu Rental Housing Company) hereby draws up rules on lineup-and-wait normalization as follows, in combination with actual operation:
1¡¢Yangpu Rental Housing Company sets lineup-and-wait rules as per apartment types once the number of eligible applicants in possession of rental housing qualification confirmation exceeds housing source in supply at Shang Jing Yuan in Xin Jiang Wan Town.
2¡¢Yangpu Rental Housing Company arranges lineup-and-wait applicants in order as per apartment types based on first-come-first-register principle, and inputs data in the lineup-and-wait sequence tabular form in computer system and creates serial numbers for lineup-and-wait applicants. Lineup-and-wait applicants should sign for conformation on Lineup-and-Wait Registration Form of Xin Jiang Wan’s Shang Jing Yuan Public Rental Housing Management Center.
3¡¢Yangpu Rental Housing Corporation Upon the lessee's surrender of tenancy, Yangpu Rental Housing Company shall promptly incorporate the rental apartment in rolling stock database, and report the surrender of tenancy housing source to the municipal housing security service center as per regulations for public notification on relevant website.
4¡¢Yangpu Rental Housing Company then notifies corresponding registered lineup-and-wait applicants as per sequence numbers and proceeds to signup of tenancy agreement based on first-come-first-signup principle. In cases where lineup-and-wait applicants refuse to accept the housing source in supply, data shall be entered into the computer system for reordering or renouncement. The signup results shall be reported to the municipal housing security center system for recording.
5¡¢Lineup-and-wait applicants may prepare the following documents prior to signing tenancy agreement at 48th Building, 1450th Lane, North Guoquan Road:
£¨1£©Personal documents: public rental housing qualification confirmation letter, photocopies of identification cards of the lessee and persons to reside in or use the apartment (show original copies)
£¨2£©Unit documents: a photocopy of enterprise's legal person business license or state organ's or public-sector institution's organization code certificate, legal person's authorization letter for lineup-and-wait applicant, public rental housing qualification confirmation letter for arranged persons to reside or use the apartment and photocopies of their identification cards (show original copies)
6¡¢Shanghai Yangpu Public Rental Housing Operation Management Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final explanation for these rules.
