Rollout of Shanghai HPF Smartphone App V.1.5 on 6th June launched one-stop services for user account signup and information query. The preceding four versions of HPF Smartphone App helped facilitate queries into basic information and breakdowns of personal HPF accounts and loans accounts, latest policies and bulletin news, HPF services roadmaps, making it possible for access to HPF queries any place and any time. After the new version went live, an individual user merely needed to install HPF Smartphone App and use personal provident fund account and identification card number to directly sign up, without having to log onto the provident fund website for signup, before performing queries into personal provident fund account information. In this way, users that do not have computers available can use HPF App for access to one-stop services without constraints on time and place.
Shanghai HPF App V.1.5 is developed for iOS and Android operating systems. Users may log onto Shanghai Housing Provident Fund Website’s main webpage or click on Smartphone App link or scan QR code to install the app version 1.5, or search App Store, 360 Smartphone Assistant, Anzhi Marketplace or Wandoujia for Shanghai HPF Smartphone App.
