A Survey Tour to SPFMC Led by Leaders of Municipal Construction and Transportation Commission¡¯s Party Working Committee and Municipal Civilization Administrative Office

On the afternoon of May 9, Deputy secretary of party working committee of municipal Construction and Transportation Commission Tian Sainan and chief of Activity Advising Department of municipal Civilization Administrative Office Lu Jianshe led a tour to SPFMC for a survey on development of housing provident fund system and current status of customer counter services. Attendees of the meeting were the Center’s director Shen Zhengchao, secretary of party committee Liu Yadong, deputy director Li Chaoxing, director’s assistant Li Li and responsible persons of relevant departments..

 

Director Shen Zhengchao, on behalf of the Center’s party and administrative leaders, briefed on housing provident fund system development, management system and initiative actions to enhance customer services and conduct civilization achievement assessment.

 

Chief of Activity Advising Department of municipal Civilization Administrative Office Lu Jianshe addressed requirements for housing provident fund customer counter services in association with municipality-wide model unit appraisal activity. He pointed out the Center had made numerous effort and accomplishments in customer counter services and system development in recent years, prompting significant upgrading of its manpower qualification and social influence. The Center needs to further improve services standard and differentiate management criteria in quest of improving team members’ qualification standard of policies knowledge and understanding, services skills and perceptions so as to meet the demand and requirements of the public and for social development as well as for gradual integration into the industrial services standards appraisal system of the municipality and eventual building of the image of Shanghai housing provident fund amongst its peers in the industry.

 

Deputy secretary of party working committee of municipal Construction and Transportation Commission Tian Sainan finally stated that Shanghai housing provident fund cause had undergone rapid development in recent years, with debut of a slew of measures in succession for citizens’ convenience, such as service hotline 12329, cyberspace service hall and smart phone app, as well as standardization and high efficiency rendered in various routine work. The Center should step up effort to integrate its resources and insights and further improve its plan of building a civilized counter service team for upgrading of services capability and management standards, on the basis of the ongoing “A Three-Year Action Plan to Strengthen and Improve Housing Provident Fund Services”, “Counter Services Commitment to the Public” and “External Services Working Standard”.
