Municipal Self-owned Subsidized Public Housing¡¯s Maintenance Fund Information System
Construction Passed Acceptance Inspection

A meeting was convened on May 31 by the municipal Construction and Transportation Commission for acceptance inspection of “Self-owned Subsidized Public Housing’s Maintenance Fund Information System. After listening to the report on the construction project, the acceptance inspection panel, comprising specialists from the municipal Housing Security and Housing Administration Bureau, the municipal Provident Fund Management Center, the municipal Property Center, the municipal Urban-Rural Construction and Transportation Development and Research Institute, and experts from East China Science and Engineering University and Shanghai University, acknowledged the finished public housing maintenance fund information system complied with overall requirements of the project, met the needs of current services and reached the projected targets and therefore passed the acceptance inspection.

Self-owned subsidized public housing maintenance fund information system is the public housing maintenance fund management system jointly developed by the municipal Construction and Transportation Commission and the municipal Provident Fund Management Center. The new system will provide more convenience to users in applying for public housing maintenance fund and greater transparency in account information, and thus enable users to improve service quality.

The municipal Construction and Transportation Commission, the municipal provident fund management committee office and relevant department of the municipal finance bureau attended the meeting on acceptance inspection.
